A New Path to Healing: So you can finally live in the present and stand fully in your power - as both a woman and an adult child.

What if You Could Release the Past &
Heal the Disconnect
with Your Mother

without needing her to change, apologize, or even be involved?

You’ve done the journaling.
You’ve gone to therapy.
You’ve read the books, prayed the prayers,
and whispered “I’m fine” when you weren’t.

You’ve tried everything to move on.
But still… something lingers.

The ache.
The silence.
The weight of everything that was never said.
Needs that were never met.
Wounds that were never acknowledged, let alone repaired.

You’re stuck.
Still shaped by childhood experiences you never fully unpacked.
Still wondering why you can’t just let it go.

Maybe your mother is still here, but emotionally distant.
Maybe she’s controlling.
Maybe she’s gone.
Maybe she’s even willing to do the work to heal...

But no matter her role or response, you’re still carrying it.

The emotional inheritance.
The unspoken expectations.
The pressure to stay silent, stay small, stay “grateful.”

And if you're honest—
It’s costing you peace.
It’s shaping your relationships.
It’s stealing your softness.
And you’re tired of pretending you’re okay.

But what if you didn’t have to anymore?

💔 The Problem:

Most adult daughters never get the closure they crave. They wait a lifetime for an apology, for things to change, or for the moment when “she finally sees what I went through.” But it often never comes.

Many will spend the majority of their lives:

  • stuck in cycles of loneliness

  • feeling undirected

  • feeling under-nurtured

  • over-functioning

  • over-stimulated

  • emotionally exhausted

  • in chronic pain

  • living with bitterness and bubbling resentment

🖤The Truth Is:

Your mother may not have had the tools, capacity, or awareness to process her own pain, trauma, or unmet needs. Instead of resolving them, she passed them down—unintentionally—through silence, control, neglect, perfectionism, guilt, or emotional absence. You, as her daughter, absorbed what was unspoken, internalized what was unresolved, and ended up carrying emotional weight that wasn’t yours to begin with.

HERE IS THE GOOD NEWS...

🪷 Your healing is not dependent on any action your mother does or does not take.
🪷 You do not need your experience validated by your mother (or anyone else) to heal.
🪷 You do not need your mother’s involvement or transformation to create a new experience of her—and with her.
🪷 It is possible to hold compassion for your mother's story and still honor the impact it has on yours.

🪷 If you want to heal, you have to declare: This ends with me.

NOW IS THE TIME TO HEAL, BECAUSE...

  • The wounds you carry are still shaping not only your story, but also the story of your children.

  • Because avoiding it hasn’t made it go away, and time has not healed it.

  • Because your softness, your peace, and your voice are too valuable to keep sacrificing at the altar of your silence.

  • Because the inheritance of suffering does not have to keep repeating itself through you.

  • Because you’ve been carrying what she couldn’t hold.

  • And because you know—deep down—that it’s time to finally put it down.

  • Your freedom can’t wait. And your healing can’t be delayed.

✨ Introducing

This Ends With Me

A self-paced healing course that helps you break emotional cycles with your mother, release what you’ve been carrying, and reclaim your power—without needing her to change, apologize, or even be involved.

👑 This Course is for the Woman who...

  • Has done “the work” but still feels stuck, heavy, or triggered.

  • Is ready to stop surviving and start healing—for real this time.

  • In cycles of people-pleasing, resentment, or silence, especially with her mother.

  • Has done therapy, journaling, or forgiveness work, but something still feels unresolved.

  • Loves her mother, yet the relationship has left her carrying more than she feels it ever gave.

  • Feels guilty for even admitting that something still hurts.

  • Tired of shrinking herself to keep the peace in your family.

  • Has been waiting for her mother to apologize, understand, or change—and she's finally ready to stop waiting.

  • Raising children (or planning to) and don’t want to pass down what she had to survive.

🚫 This Course Is Not for You If…

  • You’re looking to blame your mother instead of taking ownership of your healing.

  • You expect a quick fix and aren’t ready to sit with hard truths.

  • You’re unwilling to explore both the pain and the possibility.

  • You believe healing only happens when the other person changes.

  • You’re more committed to keeping the peace than finding your peace.

  • You’re not open to engaging with Biblical principles as part of the healing process.

  • You’re not ready to see your mother—and yourself—as full, flawed, and human.

This work is sacred. It’s not about shame or blame—it’s about truth, compassion, and choosing to break the cycle.

🧭 What You’ll Learn in This Ends With Me:

This course doesn’t just tell you to “let it go.”

It shows you how to face it, feel it, and free yourself on your terms.

Each module guides you through a layer of healing:

Module 1: The Return Home

Crisis as Catalyst & Naming the Wound

You’ll begin by revisiting the moment that brought you here. Whether it was a breakdown, a confrontation, or quiet exhaustion—you’ll learn to honor your entry point as a sacred turning point. You’ll explore the root of your emotional inheritance and begin naming the real impact of your relationship with your mother.

Module 2: The Mother Mirror

Seeing Her Clearly—And Separating from the Story

In this module, you’ll explore the complex humanity of your mother—not just who she was to you, but who she was before you. You’ll begin to unravel the stories, roles, and expectations passed down, and start distinguishing her truth from your own. This is where guilt and resentment begin to loosen their grip.

Module 3: Daughtering Defined

Reclaiming Your Role, Power, and Voice

In this module, you’ll explore what it means to daughter from a place of presence, not reaction or performance. This is where you will redefine your role, not just as the child, but as the woman choosing how she wants to show up. You’ll learn how to see, respect, and engage from a place of emotional maturity.

Whether your mother is in your life or not, this is where you begin showing up for yourself first.

Module 4: The Break + The Becoming

Letting Go of What Was to Make Room for Who You’re Becoming

This module walks you through the sacred grief of releasing what you never got, what you can’t fix, and what you don’t need to carry anymore. You’ll begin rewriting your internal narrative—not as a child in survival mode, but as a woman with emotional authority and choice.

Module 5: The Return to Soft

Healing as a Lifestyle, Not a Moment

The goal isn’t to be healed—it’s to live healed. In this final module, you’ll create practices that support a lifetime of emotional peace, embodied power, and soft, open womanhood. You’ll leave with your own rhythm of restoration and the tools to sustain it.

As a heart worker, she calls us into our deepest truths by creating the space where we might show up in our fears and have them made new in the eyes of our sisters. There is a balm in her brilliance. The path to healing is so much more visible for all of us because of Chauncey's gracious light.

Will you say yes?

💌 A Personal Note From Me to You

Hey Sis,

If you’ve found your way here, it’s not by accident. I want to share something deeply personal with you.

In my TEDx talk, I introduced a concept I call “daughtering”—a new way of engaging in the mother-daughter relationship that honors both your truth and hers. That talk was born from my own journey: moving back into my mother’s home during a quarter-life crisis, confronting the pain we had both buried, and choosing to heal—not just for me, but for us.

My mother passed away from cancer at the end of last year. And while her physical presence is gone, the work we did together—the raw, imperfect, grace-filled healing between us—lives on.

This course isn’t just mine.
It’s hers too.
Her strength. Her story. Her survival.

It’s my way of continuing what we started—by helping you begin.
To give language to what you’ve carried.
To offer tools for healing, even if she can’t or won’t walk with you.
To remind you that you don’t need to wait another year, another apology, another breakdown to start coming home to yourself.

This is sacred work.
And you don’t have to do it alone.

With love and reverence,
Chauncey Beaty

Frequently asked questions

Who is Chauncey Beaty?

I’m a Certified Life Coach, Speaker, and Facilitator with over 20 years of experience in personal development and transformational work—and a lifelong student of healing. But more than that, I’m a daughter who’s done the work I’m inviting you into. My TEDx talk, Daughtering, shared my journey of returning home—emotionally and physically—to rebuild a relationship with my mother that had been marked by distance, silence, and unmet needs.

When my mother passed away from cancer at the end of 2024, I knew this work wasn’t just about my healing—it was part of her legacy, too. I created This Ends With Me not as a coach, not as a facilitator, but as a woman who’s walked this road—with God, with grief, and with grace. My role is to guide, support, and hold space for your healing.

If you’re ready to break generational patterns, reclaim your peace, and walk in emotional and spiritual freedom, I’d be honored to walk beside you.

What if I’m not ready to forgive my mother?

That’s okay. Forgiveness is not a requirement to begin this journey—it’s a possible outcome of healing, not the starting point. This course isn’t about rushing you to reconciliation or pretending you’re okay when you’re not. It’s about creating space for you—to tell the truth, tend to the pain, and take your power back.

Do I need to have a relationship with my mother to take this course?

No. This course is designed to help you heal, whether your mother is distant, estranged, uninvolved, or has passed away. It’s about your personal healing, not the state of the relationship.

I’ve already been to therapy—will this still help?

Yes! This course complements therapy and other healing work. If you’ve done “the work” but still feel stuck, this course gives you a step-by-step process to go deeper and finally release what’s been holding you back.

What if I’m not sure I need this?

If you’ve ever felt unseen, carried emotions that weren’t yours, or walked on eggshells just to keep the peace—this journey was made with you in mind.

How long will I have access to the course?

You’ll receive lifetime access to all course materials, including future bonus content and updates. Go at your own pace and revisit the lessons whenever you need to.

Is this course religious or spiritual?

This course is spiritually rooted and grounded in Biblical principles. As a follower of Jesus Christ, my approach to healing is deeply influenced by scripture, grace, compassion, and forgiveness according to the Bible.

All are welcome—whether you share my faith or are simply seeking a deeper path to peace and restoration.

Why is the price so low right now?

This course is launching through a Bumpsale, which means the price increases slightly with every sign-up. It’s our way of rewarding early action-takers while still honoring the true value of the course ($497). Don’t wait!
